premiere pro upload video issue: could not obtain upload ticket Failed to get upload session ID

Having the same problem . Would love any help. I would surely help any one out there if I can.yeah I  encountered the same problem . I have uploaded videos to FB and  YouTube with no problem at all until now. Says cannot obtain upload ticket.Failed to get upload ticket session ID. It will not let me upload a video. Actually there was  a message concerning the cuda graphic card update or something  saying your computer may have issues if you didn’t upgrade to a certain graphics card .it still will send photos from photoshop  to Facebook or instagram with no problem but just won’t let you send a video.is my computer running to slow or what? Even when  it doesn’t upload to Facebook or YouTube, it still puts the video in my computer in mint condition but just wont let me upload it to fb or iTuBe.check this out. After the video is stored in my computer bi still can’t share it to Facebook or YouTube.HELP
