Premiere Pro uses all of my RAM while opening a Projekt

Hi everybody

I have a realy time consuming problem!

When I open a wedding film Projekt, or any project that that ist big (>30gb) Premiere takes forever to open the project an load all the footage so I can work with it.

Meanwhile all of the RAM ist used.

Sometimes it takes 30 min to open a project.

Is there anybody who solved this problem or got an idea?

Win 10 (latest version)

Premier pro cc (latest version)

AMD ryzen 1950x

AMD rx 580

32gb 2933mhz RAM

1TB SSD for Premiere and cache

1TB SSD for project footage
