Premiere Pro v22.1.2 Export Issues

Question

Hello, I am having an issue with Premiere exporting files of all kinds (MXF, MOV, H264). Once exported, if I play the video back in Quicktime or Resolve I get a lot of interpolation and color blocks. When imported back into Premiere, the same video looks completely fine.

Any suggestions on how to fix this error?

I'm on Premiere Pro v22.1.2 and a macOS Monterey MacBook Pro M1 Max chip, 64gb
