Premiere pro v23.4 crashes immediately with arri alexa 35 footage, WHY?

Hi,

I'm edigint a short commercial, 29 sec 4 clips + packshot, 2 is from komodo, and 3 from arri alexa 35, I made proxy, already hard reset premiere with option shift start, cleared all chache, but still crashes immadiately when I swtich back from proxy for export, or for coloring.

Super weird, never done this before not even with 8k red helium footage (other pc other version) but this new 23,4 is a mess.

The rig is a 1TB mac studio ultra, 5k monitor connected via thunderbolt cable, edit from external samsung 980 extreme ssd. There is not explanation why keeps crashing, I already had like 10, and only editing the clip 4-5 hours.

I would like to speak with someone from adobe, what is the workoround, cuz this is unnacpetable, never had this poor editing expereience since I use this software.
