Premiere Pro v23.6 Won’t Load some 32 bit float recordings

Premiere Pro v23.6 won't load some of my 32 bit float recordings.  I'm able to open my recordings in an older version of Premiere (tested on version 22.5), Adobe Encoder, AND windows media player.  I say some because some files from the same recording day and recorder is able to be loaded.  Various attempts at different transferring methods have been tested such as; copying and pasting from my NAS to my SSD, dumping directly from my SD card, and formatting my SSD to a different partition type, it's all the same results.  My recordings from my other recorders import just fine.  They are 32 bit float as well.
