Premiere Pro v24.0 appeared on my PC--What is it?

So...what is this? I can't find any mention anywhere of Premiere 2024.0. I thought it might be folding the AI audio enhance into a stable relase, but it's not there. What is this?

    It is a legit upgrade!

    No, it does not contain the audio enhancement. That is still in beta 24.1.
