Premiere Pro Video Glitches

Hello!

My current project has been suffering with massive glitches in both Premiere's Playback and exports.

Here's what I've done in attempt to get rid of it:

- I have exported it in numerous settings, from Hardware to Software, toggling Maximum Depth, etc...

- I have exported it both on PC and MAC to check if it was the hardware I was running it on.

- I use a recent version of Premiere and have had videos before with minor glitches, but nothing this bad.

- I completely emptied my Media Cache

- Created and saved a new version of the project

However none of those help. I've only gotten these glitches in nightclubs and I shoot on a Lumix S5. The raw footage itself is fine.
