Hi,

I am using a Mac Os X and I have adobe premiere pro.

I am working with the app several month, but the last week I can not change the application volume.

If I change to 0 the Mac Os X volume, I can listen to my video audio when is in preview mode.

My audio configuration:

Could you tell me what the problem is?

I do not have any sound controller like SoundController o SoundBunny.

Thank You.

When Premiere Pro starts to behave odd the best way to get it back on track again is to delete the preferences. Here is "how-to":FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences in Premiere Pro?

To be clear, are you saying that even when you mute your system audio you still hear audio from Premiere?

Do you have speakers plugged into your computer? Do you also have an HDMI monitor with speakers? If so, I think that's what the problem is. This is just a guess, but I think your system audio is set to come out of your speakers, and according to Google Translate, your Audio Hardware preferences are set to have Premiere play audio from the monitor.

Hi davidarbor.

As you have said, if I mute my system audio I can hear the sound of the preview audio from the current video.

I do not have any speaker. I only use the screen speakers. My Mac (iMac) device is only a screen I do not know if it has HDMI connections. But a week before I could work without audio issues.

I will try to do the Averdajl's solution.

I will tell you the result.
