Premiere Pro Will Not Work

Everytime I go to make a TikTok for my podcast page Premiere Pro begins to lag and stop working all together. I have updated all the appropriate components on my computer and I have been experiencing this for the last month. I am at a loss on what to do and how to fix the problem. Is anyone else having trouble with this or am I the only one?
