Premiere Pro Won't Download on my MacBook Pro

Hello! I have downloaded the Create Cloud on my desktop and it worked just fine. I even installed and used Adobe Audition and it worked just fine. But for some reason when I try and install Premiere Pro, it just keeps saying fail and to retry, retry, retry. I've tried logging out and logging back in and restarting my computer! Any tips? Help!!!

Hi, Olivia Welcome to Adobe Community! is that you have enough space to download the application? Make sure library files sync there and nothing running.

Can you share more info like screenshots or anything? is that any error code message pop? let us know.
