Premiere Pro won't export more video after one is exported

Hello, I have an issue where im trying to export 4 videos that are on the same sequence. They are 30 sec videos. When I try to export the first it works like a charm. When I try to export the second it won't work until I restart my computer and try again. Once it restarts I try the second video again and it works, but I try to do the 3rd video and It doesn't work. Seems that after exporting 1 video i have to restart my computer every single time if I want to export more videos.  Premier pro will not even render or playback my video.

I have a:

NVIDIA GeForce 3060 RTX

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6 core Processors

16gb ram

And my videos are in a 2TB external SSD.

Any help would be appreciated
