Premiere Pro won't work on my computer, I can't contact adobe about it.

Premiere Pro will not work on my computer (as I have 8gb ram instead of 16gb), I also can't contact anyone from Adobe, and I am going around in circles. I am paying monthly for a service I cannot use. If I try to cancel, it wants to charge me £70+.  When I signed up, it said my computer would work with it.  I do not have the space to upgrade the memory.  

 

The issues are when I try to use it, the screen goes blank, crashes or it strobes so that I cannot look at the screen.  

 

Can someone please help? I do not have the money to throw away like this!  Thanks.
