Premiere pro wont open

I just bought the complete package of all aps in creative cloud, then i formatted my imac, then installed catalina andthen downloaded creative cloud, installed premiere pro 2020 v14.0.3 and it wont open, the same thing happens with the rest of the apps. Please help.
