Premiere Pro Workspace BUG 2020

Workspace bug is still not fix until NOW!!!!!!! no matter what I do I cannot save the workspace to my liking, the Project Pannel is still going to lower right once premiere is restart.

First, they don't allow changes to the built-in workspaces. You need to save as a new workspace, I don't know if you realized that. If that isn't your trouble here ... I've got no clue what you may have done to try to fix this.

 

So ... have you Trash Preferences ?

 

Have you run the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool
