Premiere Productions, multiple editors one of whom travels and works offline.

I am setting up a feature doc. We have a home office and are using Suite to store the Production and its projects. I have an editor that like to pull selects while travelling and is often working with no internet connection. I understand that if he leaves the office and has a local drive with all of the media on it we can still link to all the media and as we add new footage we have to make sure his drive is up to date with the footage updates.

I am trying to work out how he can work offline in a project and still be able work.

If is means I have to make him a project outside of the Production and then bring it in that would work for us. Any tips would be great thanks.
