Instead of replacing with an online physical file, is it possible to replace an offline file from the bin?

" ... is it possible to replace an offline file from the bin?"

Not sure exactly what you mean here ... ? PrPro's "bins" are virtual folders, useful for visually organizing project assets, but of course, there's nothing really ... there. Just references to where the media/assets actually "live" on the computer. So this question is puzzling to me.

Thanks for your reply.

If I imported lets say an audio AIF file and linked that up with video clips within a sequence and made a few edits. And now I made a copy of that same AIF file within the project panel and added markers.

Now I have two clips within the project panel. The original Audio, and the Audio that has markers.

What I want to do is swap out the already edited sequenced Audio with the Audio that has markers and I can't simply 'make offline' and 'relink'.

Does this make sense?

I know for every edit I could ALT+SHT drag and drop. But thats too time consuming

If it weren't edited differently, you could just "cut" the old one from the sequence, and drop the markered version in it's place. But you've made cuts in there. Huh.

The part you really want is to get the markers over to that sequence, right?
