Premiere ruined my work I need help

After days of editing and cutting, today I open my project just to realize premiere put one single clip in all the other clipes, repeting this one ALL OVER THE VIDEO.

I'm desperate, and all the previous automatic project saves are the same way, I rendered the video one time but i need to make changes. I tryed to replace the footage, didn't work.

And this happened with two different sequences, 2 videos, the same thing. Does anyone know how to fix it?
