Premiere running slow... taking forever to export

Good Morning! My Premiere Pro has been working great on my work PC until this week. I've had no issues up until now. Now, it's taking nearly 30 minutes to export a 45 second video. I've exported 5 minute videos faster than this and I'm not sure what's causing the problem. My computer has plenty of storage and there is no update listed in my Adobe Cloud! I'd appreciate any ideas anyone has to offer!

    It could very well be that's just how long your system takes to process this project.

    Did you update Premiere Pro recently?

    what are your system specs?

    what are your sequence settings?

    what format is your footage and to what format are you exporting?

    are there any effects applied that require GPU acceleration? do you have CUDA enabled or Software Only?

    if you updated premiere, did you update your video card from the vendor's site or through a normal windows update?

    we need to have answers to these questions to be able to help you out
