Premiere's Quick Export used to work better. Now I have to navigate to folder on every file rendered

Using Windows 10 Enterprise, Premiere 23.6.0

 

In last couple of upgrades the QUICK EXPORT does not default to FOLDER I last used.

It likes to pick a favorite (randomly) and so I have to navigate to the correct folder each time.

I have tried putting my 'render to' folder in different places but that has not changed this problem.

It did not used to do this.

    I agree. May I also add that something else weird is happening. When I now launch Quick Export from a timeline it shows the correct preset I want, but the specs are completely different. How are the quick export destination and preset defined? If I open the same project on another machine I get different settings and preset, so I don't think it is project related?
