Premiere Screenshot (export frame) Color Bug Issue

I am updated to the latest version of Premiere Pro. I used to be able to take screenshots (export frame) without any issues, however now, whenever I take a screenshot, the newly made image is colored differently than the original source.

Ex) I take a screenshot of a video, the new screenshot looks to be more exposed and less saturated than the original. Each new screenshot will continue to up the brightness indefinitely.

I've tried restarting Premiere, creating new sequences, testing on different project files, etc. to no avail. Anyone know the fix for this?

I've attached a file below, however, since they are side by side, you can't really tell. Only when you go back and forth, on top of each other, can you see the difference.

Thank you!

Did you test it by importing back into premiere and looking at it there or using a diffent program to view  it.
