Premiere Team Projects keeps showing “Disconnected”

Question

My Premiere Team Projects keeps showing “Disconnected,” while other collaborators can open the same project normally. I’ve tried signing out of Creative Cloud and signing back in, restarting, and switching networks, but none of these steps resolved the issue. The problem occurs in both versions 26.3.0 and 26.5.2.The Local Hub logs repeatedly show: “Unable to login to remote hub, status: 400.”
