Premiere unlinks clips by itself bug

Left side of my timeline (i know it sounds weird), like everything before around the %40 mark, unlinks itself.

I edit my audio in Audition and re-link in premiere after modifying it from stereo to mono.

I have no seperate shortcut for linking. It just unlinks itself and there goes half an hour linking everything back manually. Then it happened again. Seperate projects, seperate versions (I tried updating), same problem. Just randomly decides to unlink all the clips from their audio.

Weird bug, please fix asap.

Editing on a M1 Pro Macbook Pro, Ventura 13.6.3, Pr 24.2.1 (build 2) and I experienced the same, sometimes only the left side and other times, ALL of the clips in the timeline gets unlinked from their audio. It just happen right now and I just saw the "off-sync" indicator (red text in a white box) disappearing all of a sudden. The History panel was opened to monitor the behavior and no "unlink" entry. I really have no idea what is causing this bug and it is very time consuming to fix.

Update: I've found out that the clips unlink whenever there's an "error retrieving frame" error. Still a weird bug.

Also helpful to add the clips are MXF files and I keep getting "error retrieving frame" error although all my files are on a local disk. Dunno if it's related.

I've been using Pr for 6+ years so I checked around before posting. The clips unlink and it's visible (the [V] symbol disappears), it's not about selection.
