Premiere V23.6 has playback issues through Utrastudio Monitor 3G

While playing a sequence, video output to monitor goes black. Fine during still frame. I'd reinstalled the drivers several times and it would work for a play or two, then same, only black during playback of sequence. I unistalled and went back to V23.5 and all's well.
