Premiere v23 hangs importing sony mfx files

Very strange behavior

V22 works, v23 hangs importing orininal sony mfx files, also hangs importing v22 working projekt to v23 with these files.

Creating a new user it works !!! ??? (win10). Go back to the standard user (me) the same project hangs again.

Looks like something is wrong with windows (user) that I use,

Checked everything, drivers, devices, error logs, autostart, registry/repair tools etc., Premiere reset

No virus/spyware, checked with different tools,virus boot CD too

No idea what I can do more ???

Don´t say a new windows, maybe in winter time migrate t new ssd to win11
