Premiere won't playback nor display video after Realtek Audio drivers install

Hi, I'm having this issue since I have bought my computer, 2 years ago and I still can't find a way to solve it.

Every time I install the realtek audio drivers (the most updated) Premiere don't show any video in Program panel nor Source panel.

Even the cursor gets stuck and don't move when I hit the spacebar to playback.

This is happening not only on Premiere, but in After Effects as well.

The only way that I've find so far to "solve it" is uninstalling the drivers and use the "generic" Windows 10 audio driver.

Is there any way to get this fixed?

Thanks!

My build:

i7 6700k

32 gb RAM Corsair 3000mhz

Motherboard Asus Hero VIII

Windows 10 Professional fully updated.

    Hi goncba,

Sorry for the trouble. Please share a screenshot of Preferences > Audio Hardware.

Just for a test, change the "Default input" in Audio Hardware to "No Input" and see if it works.

    Thanks,
