premire cc 2019, opacity value affect scale value

I set scale value 0 to 105 and then to 100.(during 30 frame)

And I set opacity value 0 to 100 (during 30 frame)

And I wanted to change the opacity value more forward. So i move the value 100, 15 frame forward.

Without a word, totally irrelevant Scale Value fixed 105, not 100.

I think this is new bug in 2019 version, opacity value affect scale value.

I can not speak English well, So I express my thought under picture.
