premire crashes upon opening projects with rendered sequence.

This happened with 2 projects now. If I render effects and clips in to out close the project and return to it later or another day the footage never reloads it's grey, nothing plays. It just gets stuck and the moment i tried fixing the files by trying to manually reload footage, delete rendered files for the project, rebooting PC  etc it would immediately say premiere was not responding and crash.

First project was effect and  audio heavy so I chalked it up to hardware issue but this second project has nothing crazy going on aside from already rendered and compressed 4k footage that i re imported to premiere.

Anyone else having issues like this and is there a workaround? I've already made sure all hardware/drivers were up to date.

I run 64gb ram, 3060ti and a 5800x cpu. I have the most recent premiere pro version
