Premire pro colour issue

Question

mu colourist gave me the MOV file after colouring the footage and as i imported to premiere pro the colour is diffrent from the original footage provided by my colourist but the source monitor and the program monitor shows same colour,
i just want to import the footage make minor tweakings in the graphics and the audio levels
my colour space is set to rec 709 and mov file by the colourist is also in rec 709 plz help i dont know where the problm lies
if any one can help then plz help me how to fix it

you can clearly see the diffrence between the footage that is in VLC Player and The same footage in premiere pro there is saturation diffrence

What is your OS, what do you have Viewer Gamma set for in Premiere, is Display color managment on or not, and what is your monitor ... what is the monitor set to, and have you done anything unfortunate like setting the monitor or GPU settings for Rec.709 to "full" rather than auto or limited/data range?

Without a lot of information on your entire system of viewing stuff, we can't say anything specific.
