Premire pro crashes on startup

I have Premiere Pro 2020 Windows and if I try to open it the send crash report screen just pops up

I have already reinstalled and it actually worked the first time I opened it, everything was fine. But when i closed it and opened it up again it the same thing happened it instantly crashes.

It was working perfectly fine last week and I don't think I've changed anything so I'm really confused why it's not working

Specs

Windows 10

Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600

Gpu: Gtx 1070

Ram: 16gb 3200mhz

and plenty of storage

wait this just happened to me to. what is happening? i downloaded it aboput a week ago, and like 25 minutes ago it stopped working

 same even mine keeps crashing after small square loading of premire someone pls help
