premire pro freeze for 10 sec every I edit

pc specs: ryzen 5 5600g. rtx 3060ti. ram 32 ddr4 3200 mhz. (hhd 1tb+ssd 500gb+m.2 1tb)

so im dealing with large files(above 200GB) and all my clips are in my M.2....I wasn't having the problem before some days so i dont think its from the large files!

Every time I try to trim cut or import something in the timeline the application is freezing from 5 to 10 seconds and that is making my proccess being slow.. i try to move all my clip to another hard and the problem is still here+tried to move some of clips as well to share the large files and same thing is happening
so i think the problem is from the disk but how I will be sure and fix it???
