“Preset” issue -File wont open

Question

One of my team is getting this error when he opens a new project we made:

"The preset used by one or more sequences in this project requires third-party
components that could not be located. These sequences will be modified to use a
custom sequence setting instead. To continue editing using the original preset, quit
the application without saving the project, reinstall any third-party components that
are required, and reopen the project."

and then the file says it cannot be opened.

i'm not running any plugins or weird presets. The file was made from an assistant editors computer who has a fresh install of premiere and no extra codec/preset installed.

File loads totally fine on my machine.

Footage is Arri Amira and C300 footage that they are able to open, so it shouldnt be a codec thing

any ideas? Only two threads on the whole internet about this and neither have any help

Opened your project (on MacOS/Intel) with no issue, media offline of course but I did get a warning that a LUT was not found. This did not otherwise affect the project.

Perhaps this is the cause of your issue and an additional (Arri or Canon?) LUT was installed and used on the Assistants computer (and possibly yours) that your team member do not have?
