Preset only importing empty bin

So today i downloaded this preset pack https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ZZYKvX87xs7EMQzGCWzLF74itZTD4oDm and when i went to go import the pack it only showed empty preset bins. How can I fix this?

If you did not buy that from Adobe, you need to ask the vendor
