presets not appearing

My son is trying to use presets from other publishers. We follow the steps but

effects/import presets but they do not load. We tried resetting the preferences but nothing appears. No error message. They just don't show up. Using Adobe Premiere Pro 15.2.0 (Build 35) on a PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Once you install presets, you need to relaunch PrPro, which is a pain.

If that doesn't work, I would contact the preset maker's support staff. Which makers, by the way?

Thanks Neil,

Ren is 11 this is his Dad Michael. He was doing some fortnite montages and
we are also looking for preset resources, that may be part of the issue. We
have not successfully been able to add even one. We will try the relaunch
tip! Thanks very much. If you have any we could test we would love to try
one.
