Presets not showing up/Can't import presets into Premiere Pro 15.0

Hello,

 

I've been using Premiere Pro for a while and never had this kind of issue...

I downloaded some presets (not sequences with adjustments overlays in them) and when I import them a folder appears but the preset itself is not there...

 

I saw several people with the same issue and I tried multiple solutions (renaming preferences folder from 15.0 to Old_15.0, downloading a android emulator to run the presets by Zarchiver) and still, nothing worked...

 

Anyone found a solution to this ?

    Before installing the presets you need to install the plugins associated with the presets first.

    How are we supposed to know that, you are the one that downloaded the presets.

    I have no idea what they do. Can be anything.
