Preview image / frame is from the second clip in the video but I want the 1st scene

Hi folks, Im more photographer than video editor but Ive created a short video clip and when I render it out the preview image / frame is from the second clip in the video but I want the 1st scene / frame to be what you see and click on? How do I overcome this?

Tried delete preview files?

Are you using transtions on clips cut from a long file.

Show screenshot of timeline.

Yes using transtions, the finished clip is previewing the second clip / image from the video which isnt very appealing.
