Preview looks fine, export is not applying effect

I have two clips here, the "silhouette" one on top is color keyed for a green screen and darkened via brightness and contrast effect. This is what it looks like in preview.

After using export this is what it looks like:

Any ideas?

Hey guys, any ideas what might cause the brightness contrast effect to not be applied on render?
