Preview of any video is bad!

Sup people,

I have this annoying issue: Every video i import to premier pro is massed up with colors.

both preview windows show gliched videos.

If i render the video then it comes out ok, but its impossible to work like that.

my computer specs are

Window 10 - most recent - updated

32GB RAM 2400MHZ

i7 6700k 4.0Ghz

i dont have any GPU

just using the CPU for everything

I had the same problem. I fixed it by making a new project and changing my renderer under renderer and playback from Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (OpenCL) to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only.

This is a problem with Intel graphics.

I recommend adding a 1000 series nVidia card.
