Preview Panel Won't Work, Constantly Crashing, Constant "Media Pending"

Preview window won't load. Every video I put on the timeline (I've tried various and ran them through handbrake and all) and nothing works. Nothing. Every single video gives me media pending. Regardless of it, nothing plays, the play button is simply functionless. Nothing works. I've restarted my computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled premiere pro. I've deleted the media cache & media cache files folders. I've been at this for like 4 hours. Please. Things were working 5 hours ago and then everything just stopped. What do I do???????
