Preview Problem in Premiere Pro

Question

All of the sudden my video previews wont play and whenever I press space or any arrow takes like 20 seconds to work, please help, I've tried to change the ram usage, rendering, audio output and still doesnt work

Hi Miranda7!Welcome to the community. I think you're unable to preview the media files in Premiere Pro.
