Preview screen won't play

Hello,

I've been having some issues with Premiere pro's preview screen:

Every time when I press play after putting a media in, My preview screen stays black, nothing will play and I can't do anything either. After clicking around a bit, it crashes at last.

Same happens when i put two videos on top of each other: before it can even play, it freezes and wont do anything.

Even if i press the play button, it doesn't do anything.

I've tries restarting my computer, tried older versions and nothing seems to work.

Hope that someone can help me out :')
