Preview speeding when play

Hi,
on premiere pro when I launch the preview, it speeds up and jerks for a few seconds before returning to 
normal. It's impossible to edit in these conditions. This is not a performance problem because it was still 
working very well a few days ago and it is not a media problem either because even with only an audio 
file, the bug is present. I also set my preferences like in the Adobe video, it doesn't work and I work with 
proxies, it doesn't work. I need help, thanks

my config: windows 11, intel core i9 13th, invidia 4070, 32go RAM (with all drivers good)
