Preview Window Glitch

Having a werid glitch appearing in the preview window

Sometimes while editing a video a black bar appears over the video which has random colours in it

When i save close and then re open the project file its gone

Does not appear in the core video footage

Anyone else seen this will try and get a photo/screenshot if it happens again
