Previous project is empty when opening saved .proj file

Hi, I have a problem. When I open a saved .proj file on MacOS Catalina (10.15.3) by Premiere Pro CC 2019 version 13.1.5 (Build 47), it is an empty. I can see opened project in left bottom, but it doesn't have any datas. Please, how to fix this problem with empty saved files? It's really big catastrofa...
