Hi everyone, please help me, after downloading Adobe I have problems with the .prfpset files, I don't have the tools to open them so they don't work, you know where, I can download it please, I really need it

Ciao a tutti , dopo aver scaricato adobe premier non posso aprire i file ,prfpset perchè mi manca il tools per aprirli , sapete dove posso scaricarlo o comprarlo perfavore ne ho veramente bisogno
