Pro 2024 not playing time line and other glitches.

Hi Guys, I just reformated my PC Friday and reinstalled Adobe suite. I opened my project I have been working on for a couple of months and all good.

All were working fine, playing and doing things. However, live changes are not happening.

E.g If I change the colour or exposure, I cannot see the changes until I click off the clip, and back into the same clip.

Audio from the video is just a blank block with no waveform, but adding an effect or editing it shows the correct waveform after applying,

I went to add an audio file, and down in the bottom right corner, it was saying something like conforming media or something strange.

Since then the project is no longer playing back. clicking play changes the icon to stop but nothing. moving the time pointer makes no changes.

trying to export the media via Premier throughs up and encoding error 9 I belive.

However, If I send it to the media encoder, I can export it that way.

Any ideas? I have tried changing the audio hardware and then changing back. I am so close to finishing the project.
