Pro failed to transcribe any dialogue for one of two speakers

It's an interview with two participants. The American interviewer's dialogue was all transcribed to the usual high level of accuracy. But not a word of the interviewee's dialogue was recorded. She has a Serbian accent.

So I tried Youtube automatic subtitles/captions. This transcribed very accurately all the dialogue of both participants.

Does Premiere Pro have a problem transcribing non-English (UK/US) accents?

Or could it be something else?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

@VicLD34596666 I'm probably not going to have any quick fixes for you, but, if you wanted to share the file with me I could take a look further. If you're able to share a link to it here that's fine, or you can DM me on the forum direct message system and we can sort it out.

@VicLD34596666 It's of course possible that the transcription could be less accurate with some accents, but, you should still get a transcript if someone is speaking. Is it possible that your source audio is multichannel, with each speaker on a different channel? If so, try right clicking on the clip in the Project panel and choose Re-Transcribe and then make sure to choose "Mixdown" for the audio channel.
