Probelm with a layer, render, effects

I created an effect called filmstrip transition, and it worked great for me,
until I changed the entire clip in the timeline in the input LUT. 
After the change, the application crashed, and when I logged in again,
I received a message that the edit file was damaged. The entire timeline turned red.
As a result, I rendered it, but unfortunately the effect is not working properly for me.
I worked on the video for a whole day, and I really need this effect.
I would appreciate help in fixing the problem.
