Problem

Hello,

I downloaded the recent version of premiere pro yesterday (15.2) and have had nothing be issues from the very first moment of opening a project. The program is almost lagging and doesn't highlight what I click on. Not all areas are loaded and some buttons such as "shape" tools won't show. Can anyone help?
