Problem cut and paste

I already talked to the support regarding the issue. Every time I try to cut the clips and paste it to the highlighted track, it doesn't follow.

We have the following keyboard shortcuts available:

Paste Insert to Same Track (Shift ⇧ + Command ⌘ + V, macOS)
Paste Insert to Target Track
Paste to Same Track (Command ⌘ + V, macOS)
Paste to Target Track

Go to Keyboard Shortcuts > Panels > Timeline Panel to edit these keyboard shortcuts.
