Problem importing Adobe Premier Mobile video onto desktop

I am trying to import a video file I am editing on the Adobe Premier Mobile App into the Adobe Premier desktop application. Unfortunately, no matter what I do, I can't get the timeline for the video I am editing to import from my phone to the desktop? It will transfer over the elements for my video but do I need to essentially reassemble the full video? I mainly want to edit the timeline on my phone and then bring it into desktop for the text since I am having challenges with Adobe fonts installing directly on my phone and it is much easier to edit things like text with a keyboard and a mouse (you know, for a 40 year old). In the past I would have done this with Premier Rush all on my computer but that is no longer an option and I find Adobe Express too limited

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, that is how I am currently working. I have Cloud on my iPhone, iPad and PC laptop. 
     

    Through trial and error, I figured out that, as long as I don’t have any text or transitions or edit any of the audio or video footage (other than cropping for duration) that Premier Mobile will let import into Premier Pro desktop with the timeline intact. But if I make any minor edits beyond that, the timeline won’t work on my computer. The media from my phone or ipad gets sent to a cloud folder than Adobe automatically installed in my PC’s One Drive and all the files also end up in the Adobe Creative Cloud Application. 
     

    I haven’t yet figured out what will happen if I add music to the file before exporting to PC.

     

    What would be really helpful to know is if there is a way that I can either switch between working on iPhone and iPad in Premier mobile? Seems like the only IOS Adobe application that doesn’t let me do that? Otherwise I guess I will default to iPad.

    I’d also like to know if there is a step that I am missing that would let me successfully import a video that is essentially fully edited in Premier Mobile with transitions, audio corrections, etc into Premier Pro so that I can add him some of our brand elements like fonts and logos and fix any wonky transitions on my computer where it’s easier?

    Will you be able to send projects from Premiere on iPhone to Premiere desktop?

    If you have Adobe Cloud Storage, ensure you have an Adobe account with cloud storage enabled. This is essential for transferring your projects and media. Send your projects or media from Premiere on iPhone. Open Premiere on your desktop and sign in with the same Adobe account you used on mobile. Navigate to the Creative Cloud panel, locate your transferred projects and media in the cloud section, and download them to begin editing.

    It sounds like you’ve sorted it out and I’m not sure if you know this but you can import a project you’ve been editing on an ipad via Premier desktop by going File > Import Premier Mobile Project 

     

    Unfortunetly the transfer between iPad and desktop can be clunky and after transfer, you will have to adjust some of your project to suit the desktop style. The desktop version of Premier offers greater control over the editing of your video, so it would be best to stick to desktop if possible. If you want to use iPad, you could use your iPad for cuts only, and then import to desktop to continue the editing process.
